According to Mexico’s Development Research Center’s report, Mexico has the world’s murder rate was the highest in the 10 countries.

According to the report, the majority of offenders are not punishable by law with impunity. Figures provided by the report are : 100 per file for investigation of criminal cases, only seven criminals of crimes punishable by law, the remaining 93% of the criminals go unpunished.
